✅ OUTSIDE METRO MANILA (NCR) DELIVERIES
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, you cannot place an order through our website. Please message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Viber for manual processing of your order.

✅ DELIVERY UPDATES
We will notify you on the day of delivery via Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or text message. Once the item has been delivered, we will send a photo of the receiver if the rider is able to capture one (not guaranteed).

✅ DELIVERY TIME RANGE
We will do our best to deliver within your selected time range. However, due to order volume and traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Rest assured, we will work hard to meet the timeframe as best as we can.

✅ WAITING TIME
Our delivery personnel can wait a maximum of 10–15 minutes at the drop-off location. If the receiver is unavailable or cannot be contacted, we will call you for further instructions.
🔸 Changes in delivery location or rescheduling due to unavailability will incur additional charges.

✅ IF THE RECEIVER IS UNAVAILABLE
If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, the item will be returned to our main office. You may arrange for pickup anytime within the day.

✅ BUILDING LOBBY DELIVERY
Deliveries to buildings will only be made up to the lobby or main gate. Our riders may not be able to bring the item directly to the recipient’s unit, especially if parking is a challenge. The rider will contact the recipient for pickup at the lobby.

✅ DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In case of a damaged or undelivered item caused by our delivery team, we will provide either a partial rebate or full refund within 2–3 days, depending on the situation.
