TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ORDER POLICIES, DELIVERY, AND REFUNDS

At Glorist Flower Shop, we strive to provide our clients with the utmost satisfaction through our beautiful arrangements and reliable delivery service. However, please note that there are certain circumstances beyond our control that may impact the quality of our services, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, shortages in flower supply, and unforeseen errors made by our courier partners. In such cases, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and to the best of our abilities.

 

1. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / CHANGE OF ORDER

In order to make changes to your order, such as cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. We strive to provide the best service possible, and once the raw materials have been prepared and the bouquet has been assembled, we are unable to cancel the order. For rescheduling, please understand that it can only be accommodated within the same day and is subject to availability. Regrettably, we are unable to reschedule deliveries for the following day once the bouquet is assembled, as it may compromise the quality and freshness of the flowers.

 

2. DAMAGE ITEM OR INCOMPLETE PACKAGE

If you receive a damaged item, withered flowers, or an incomplete package, we will make every effort to address the situation satisfactorily. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may offer a rebate, replacement of the damaged item or withered bouquet, or provide a full refund.

 

3. REFUND

For payment rebates and full refunds, we will notify you promptly and process the refund within 2 to 3 banking days. Please be aware that transfer fees and other charges related to order cancellation prior to delivery will be deducted from the receivable amount, unless it falls within the scope of TERMS AND CONDITIONS no. 2 and 6.

 

4. DELIVERY TIME

Due to the unpredictable traffic conditions in most areas of Metro Manila, we offer a 2 to 4-hour time range for delivery. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests for exact delivery times, we cannot guarantee strict adherence to such requests. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will promptly inform the sender and provide details regarding the circumstances that caused the delay.

 

5. RECIPIENT UNAVAILABILITY

If the intended recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will seek the consent of the sender or recipient to deliver the item to a known person in the vicinity. Please note that if a new location or rescheduling of the delivery is requested on the same day, additional fees may apply. Moreover, such changes may affect the quality of the flowers, as prolonged exposure to the heat of the day may compromise their freshness.

 

6. FLOWERS AVAILABILITY

Our products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the chosen item, we will make every effort to inform the client at least one day prior to the scheduled delivery. We will then coordinate with the client to substitute the unavailable product with an item of equivalent value, quality, and color. If the client prefers to cancel the order, a full refund will be provided.

 

7. DELIVERY CHARGE

We are pleased to offer free delivery within Metro Manila areas. However, additional fees may apply for deliveries to areas outside of Metro Manila, such as Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna, based on the distance from our shop location.
