REFUND POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We do our best to provide the most beautiful arrangement and delivery service to our clients. However, some instances are out of our control that might affect the quality of our services such as weather conditions, traffic, shortage of flower supply, and mistakes on the side of our courier partners. In these situations, we work to resolve the problem as quickly and as best as we can.

 

1. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / CHANGE OF ORDER

Orders may be canceled, reschedule or change at least 24 hours before the intended delivery time. Orders cannot be cancelled once the raw materials are prepared and the bouquet is already made.

 

2. DAMAGE ITEM OR INCOMPLETE PACKAGE

For damaged items, withered flowers, or incomplete packages, we will try to resolve this problem by giving either a rebate, replacement of the damaged item, or withered bouquet or full refund depends on the severity of the situation.

 

3. REFUND

For payment rebate and full refund, we will advise the client as soon as possible and will process it within 2 to 3 banking days. Transfer fees and other charges for cancellation of orders before delivery will be deducted from the client’s receivable amount unless it is bound by TERMS AND CONDITIONS no. 2 and 6.

 

4. DELIVERY TIME

We offer a 2 to 4-hour time range to deliver the item due to the unstable situation of traffic in most Metro Manila areas. Should an exact time delivery be requested we will try to comply with the request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request. For late deliveries, we will inform the sender as soon as we can and give the details as to why our delivery encountered such a problem.

 

5. RECIPIENT UNAVAILABILITY

In case the recipient is not available we will turn it over to a known person in the area or neighborhood with the sender or recipient’s consent. A new location or rescheduling of delivery within the day might be subject to an additional fee and forfeit our insurance with the quality of flowers since it might be exposed to the heat of the day for a long time.

 

6. FLOWERS AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the chosen item, we will try to coordinate with the client at least a day before to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality, and color. If the client decided to cancel the order, we will provide a full refund of the payment.

 

7. DELIVERY CHARGE

We offer free delivery within Metro Manila areas. Additional fees will be applicable in other areas outside Metro Manila like Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna rated based on the distance from our shop location.
